Gunfire took the lives of three men outside a gay bar in Tucson.

What is known about the gunman continued to unfold days after his death.

Ousman Ceesay, 44, gunned down Cameron Davis Capara, 33, and Vincent

Anthony Siqueiros, 42, just past midnight Aug. 31, in the parking lot of Venture-N, a bar near Mabel Street and Stone Avenue.

Capara and Siqueiros died at the scene, and Ceesay died at a hospital from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to police.

Ceesay did not know Capara or Siqueiros, police said.

Authorities said Ceesay had carried a note listing other businesses affiliated with the LGBTQ+ community.

Who was the gunman, Ousman Ceesay?

Ceesay was married to a 40-year-old woman, according to public records reported by data and analytics company LexisNexis. The husband and wife were from Oklahoma City. They had filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2018 and had owed thousands of dollars in Oklahoma state taxes, according to public records.

Ceesay's only listed run-in with the law was a 2012 speeding ticket.

It was unclear when Ceesay moved to Arizona, but police said a search warrant was served at his home.

A note found there after the shooting indicated he was acting on hatred of the LGBTQ+ community, police said.
